Vintage Colt double/Single action revolver manufactured circa 1963. Original Trooper model with the capability of firing .38 Special ammunition as well. Features blued finish, checkered wood grips with silver toned Colt medallions, 6 shot swing-out fluted cylinder, adjustable sights, 6" round barrel.- wide knurled hammer spur, serrated trigger. Exposed cylinder rod. Bore and cylinder charge holes are excellent condition. Bluing is 96% with minor edge wear and some friction wear on the crane . Hammer retains excellent bright polished sides. Grips are near excellent with minor handling wear. Comes in the original Colt factory wood grain box with test target and instruction pamphlet
